Returns policy

We love our products and care about quality and hope you really love your REASON purchases but if you find they are unsuitable or youre not entirely satisfied , you can exchange them for something else in our collection or we can refund your money.

Please follow the instructions below.

Returns Procedure:

1. Please notify us within 7 days by email or call us to return a product. View our contact page for more.

2. We ask that all returned products be in perfect condition,unused and with all the original tags and original packaging in tact.

3. Returned goods, along with a completed returns /exchange form, must reach us within 14 days.

4. Please ensure that returns are packed and labelled carefully to prevent any loss or damage in transit. We strongly recommend that you return goods via registered mail so that you have proof of dispatch incase an item is lost.

5. Replacements for exchange of damaged goods will not be dispatched until the original item has been received at our warehouse.
