You agree to use the site for lawful purposes only, and access the site solely for your own personal use. It is your responsibility to ensure you have the appropriate hardware and software ( including virus protection) to enable you to access and use this site though your computer in a safe and secure manner. We are not responsible for any virus or bug that affects your computer or network as a result of downloading information from this site.

We reserve the right to alter prices at any time. It may be necessary to change prices either up or down, from time to time.

SITE CONTENT AND PRODUCT INFORMATION
We take care to ensure all information we provide on this site is correct and up to date. This includes, product descriptions and specifications, pricing and delivery charges, the use of photographic images to show accurate product detail and colour.

We do our best to ensure that all items you see are as close as possible to the
photographs shown but as the products are all made by hand from natural materials, slight variations in colour and size may occur. We hope you appreciate the skill required to make such high quality, crafted products.

We also endeavour to get the colour representation of the products as close as possible and we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by software or computer system used by you. All products shown are subject to Availability.

At any given time information on our website may be subject to inaccuracies or may be out of date. All content on the site is subject to change without prior notice.

Any links we may provide to other websites are chosen very carefully to ensure the linked sites are appropriate and in line with our code for undertaking commercial activity. We will not however be responsible or liable for your use of any other website which may access via links within our site.


RETURN POLICY

We hope you love your REASON purchases but if you find they are unsuitable or youre not entirely satisfied , please let us know within 7 days by telephone on 07928 886306 or email us at reasonhome@gmail.com.
We ask you to return the product to us completely unused and in its original packaging.

You will be entitled to a refund or replacement if the returned goods, complete with the completed returns form, reach us within 14 days.

Please make sure that returns are packed and labelled carefully to prevent damage or loss in transit. Damage in transit may result in Reason not being able to refund you. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit.

Unfortunately we are not responsible for the return postage.

We will endeavour to process returns within 30 working days of the goods reaching us and will email to confirm when this has been done.

We cannot be responsible for interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.

REASON does not give refunds on the following products:
items returned after 14 days
items returned without a completed returns form
damaged items not notified by telephone to us within 7 days. ( this does not affect your statutory rights).


AVAILABILITY

All items are subject to Availability.
We will inform you as soon as possible if goods are not available.

CANCELLATION

You are entitled to cancel your contract if you wish providing you act within 7 days of receipt of goods.
If your order has already been dispatched please follow our returns policy.

LIABILITY

Reason cannot accept any liability for any failure to comply with instructions
specifically stated on the website. When you place an order to purchase a product from reasonhome your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us by way of a dispatch note included when you receive your order

If the goods, when you receive them, do not substantially meet the description on this site, you are entitled to reject and return them to us.
